Online assessment, 3 panel team, assessment center and closing interview. The Panel wanted examples on each point you made and the lessons you learnt from it. They focused on difficult situations and how you handled them. Negotiation too
Assessment Center, all in all quite Common: ind. Interview, Team task, group interview, Business case, Final assessment, lasting 3 to 4 hours. Good Training but Business case was very Hard
