Interview
First, you should apply through the website, where you will be presented an online test, which evaluates three areas: values, language skills and numerical skills. If you pass, you may be considered for an HR interview. Then, you will attend an assesment centre with other candidates and be appraised by senior managers. Another interview and an english test may be carried out as well.

Btw HR is very professional and friendly!
First was interview with the hr than phone call interview than interview with manager and then assessment center, after that interview with Hof. Assesors were great, kind and the atmosphere was great

Realizan un primer contacto telefónico para preguntar algunas cosas y cuadrar una entrevista con el Hiring Manager.
La entrevista se realiza a través de videollamada con el HM y, en mi caso, el que sería el jefe directo del candidato.
