Applied online through the company website and got invite to do online assessment tests, and I was called in for an interview after 3 weeks after a phone interview

Question 1
Tell us a time you had to use initiative to achieve a business goal? What have you ever done to promote diversity in a work environment?
Fair but rigorous. You go through different interviews with a different panel. Then you have to do a driving test for a manual car. The HR team is very supportive.
Phone interview with a HR rep that progressed to in-person interview with a state sales manager and area sales manager, in-person involved a role play and generic questioning: "tell us about a time when...." etc etc. Was told I would be contacted regardless of outcome and to not follow up myself, never heard anything.

This was a 4 Interview process where as possession of a valid drivers license was mandatory. The process was as follows:
