Rejected based on an online test. No feedback was given, no interview was done. I don’t know if it was my resume but rejecting someone based on a test is absurd.
first call, then FGD, then final interview. process took about 2 weeks since applying. typical FGD process. final interview was rather short and asked basic question about background, if i could code and use excel, if i can make time as it will be rigorous.

Fully ghosted after interview. They said they I would hear news after about one week, however it never happened. I never heard from the recruiter again, which shows lack of professionalism.
