I was declined right after the pymetrics test which I had several times with previous interviews in other companies, and I was chosen for interviews after the test. And my skill was getting better at this pymetrics test every time. Let's say this company has a different set of values that are beyond average people's understanding.

Remote first interview with someone in another country, thereafter usually two interviews with direct manager and HR of which one usually involves an unprepared case. Flexible in terms of physical or remote interviews. Lots of focus on change management which the company currently is dealing with.

Quite a few steps during the interview process. Assessments, cognitive tests and telephone interviews and that is only half of the entire process. Sure it will be worth while.
