BAT Investment Associate interview questions

2 rounds, first with HR and then with the two heads of the Team - this was for the newly formed BAT Ventures (i.e. a corporate VC fund within BAT) HR was a very nice person but took about 3-4 weeks to get back to me after 1st interview. The 2nd round was with two people who would be my bosses. Both nice, although playing a bit a of bad cop/good cop act in terms of questions. They really wanted someone who was passionate about Venture Capital, which I was not. So they were right to dismiss me. The next round I'm told would be a case study.
