Had to sit for a 20 minutes written test of situation problem and asked for your advice. Followed by a 30 minutes interview with the panel. The interview was by a panel of 3. Friendly people. Run through your resume, asked queries on your advice during certain situations faced, expected career growth and why this company. One dude in particular didnt seem very interested in being there, maybe he had something else to do , I dont know but not really focused.
