BAT Management Trainee interview questions

It consists 6 stages:-pre-screen, psychometric test, phone interview, assesment day (consist 3 parts: team work, negotiation and presentation) and interview with C-level manager. The hardest one is assesment day that lasting almost all day long and pretty stressful one. phone interview - motivation, general profile, expectation assesment day: team work - practical case on which are working 5-6 people that have to manage in a team decision negotiation - there is a goal that you have to reach during communication personal presentation - checking personal and analytic skills

It was a competency based interview with an HR Business Partner. It lasted for about an hour and took place in the local BAT office. Questions were related to my previous work experience, preferences in studies, trips abroad & leadership capabilities developed through various projects. It was not a stressful interview, rather a very pleasant conversation that left me hoping to work their. I could also ask my questions about future opportunities & types of work trainees do.
