BAT Project Manager interview questions

At first it was a quick process but then became more lengthy. I started with a phone interview and this was followed up by several face to face interviews. Although I didn't end up getting the job I felt the interview process was fair. It could have been picked up sooner than the third interview that I didn't have the experience they were after but it was good learning for me. My only negative would be one of the interviewers being constantly on his phone and checking it in my first face to face interview. I felt this was very unprofessional.

The interview process consists in some steps: 1. CV evaluation 2. Culture Questionnaire 3. Cognitive Assessment Numerical reasoning 4. Cognitive Assessment Verbal reasoning 5. Telephone interview 6. Leadership questionnaire 7. Face to face interview The Culture interview consists of questions with regard to the persons values in work. The numeric and verbal Cognitive Assessment are tests that assess the persons capacity to understand and explain figures and texts.
