BCN Group interview questions

Initial Microsoft Forms technical test prior to interview. The main person interviewing me couldn't maintain a conversation, he might as well have sent me a form to fill in with my answers. There was no emotion or visual feedback from my responses (nodding/facial expressions etc.). Questions were very oddball - "What kind of people do you like to work with" rather than actual questions about me. It didn't feel like they wanted a person, more like a machine to do a job.
