BDO Audit Associate interview questions

I apply through the career page at the BDO website and being contacted by the HR Senior one week later inviting me for an interview session. The interview is simple. Candidates to fill up the form and answer essay question first before proceeding with an interview session with Audit Partner and HR Manager.

It's a phone interview. The hiring manager is very nice. She asked some basic questions. Point out that Excel is especially important for this position. The whole process took about 15 min.
