BDO Audit Manager interview questions

Interview was pleasant, partner was obliging and very willing to give an opportunity to new people. She was very patient and waited for me to fill out the forms despite me not filling it out before.

Everyone I met at the office (human resources manager, audit manager and two partners) was friendly and approachable. First, the candidate meets with a human resources manager whom likely assesses general social and interpersonal skills. Second, assuming you have passed the initial test, the candidate will receive a call to meet with a manager to discuss the opportunity. Then, after meeting with the manager a discussion is held with a partner. Third, on a subsequent day, the candidate meets with another partner to discuss the role and the candidate's match with the firm in greater detail.
