BDO Audit Senior interview questions

Fill in form about yourself. Then out of 3 questions, choose one question to write an essay. Then one to one interview. Had a bad experience. Both interviewer didn’t really ask questions. After they know my salary from previous firm, they look at each other and smile, and ask me to go home, even though i explain to them i wish to gain experience here and willing to accept lower salary offer.

Very easy. talk about resume and a lot of chit chat. The interviewers wanted to know if they could make a personal connection with you. Interviewed with three people total. A senior, manager, and a partner. Was offered a job the next day.
