Telephone interview with manager with competency questions of BDO values Face to face with manager Assessment Centre with group activity, a presentation on a topic given beforehand and case study questions Final stage Partner interview

It was very pleasant. The interviewers asked general questions and there was also an individual and group presentation that had to be presented. We got adequate time on the day to prepare and research for our presentations. I felt very comfortable and it definitely seems like a ‘people focused’ company that I’d want to work at one day. This was all done via zoom due to Covid
