Wasn't that bad. Like any typical interview process. Firstly you have tests, then video interview and the AC. Hard to get through it is competitive so make sure you stand out. Application is very easy though as well as the tests are - numeracy, situation streghts.

They get to know the real you quite effectively at a lengthy initial interview with a director/senior manager and then again on the assessment day where you get further 1-to-1 talks with partners (in addition to the usual individual competency tests and group test/business roleplay scenario)
