First round was video interview with questions that had a time limit to prepare for. Mostly understanding interest in the role and understanding of the firm. Prep for shorter responses because of the time limit, limited retakes.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Perth, Western Australia) in Mar 2024
Interview
Very straight forward interview process, with role related questions, generic teamwork, dispute resolution etc. This was for a climate/sustainability role. Interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. In saying that I wouldn't be surprised if such a large company has hiring KPI's to hit, because the feedback I got post interview was very positive, but they also stated "we want someone who's eager to grow with us", and I made very sure to communicate my passion and enthusiasm to learn too, (I did reiterate), but I wasn't given an actual example of how that area was lacking.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Melbourne) in May 2024
Interview
Was very relaxed and friendly I was happy with the overall experience. It involed 2 interviews and assessement centres. I was interviews by two people in each interview which I prefered to just one on one interviews. The HR invovled was also very helpful.
