Interview was arranged by university. First round interview with senior HR manager, conducted on one on one basis. Screen through my resume, cover letter and academic transcript. Asked several questions about my education background and qualifications. No technical questions but more like a friendly chit chat session. Breifly explained the application process and gladly accepted some questions from me.

The interview was held in a group but the interviewer ask person by person. The interviewer lacks professionalism as they tend to keep comparing themselves with the other competitors.
