Online tests followed by a video interview with four questions. The test includes both behavioural questions (particularly ranking the order) and numerical questions. The interview mainly focuses on motivation, value and conflict.
Very relaxed, they made it as comfortable as possible for me. No extremely hard accounting related knowledge. They seemed to have a very desirable internship program. They offer mentors and even a buddy system.
