J'ai été contacté par téléphone afin de convenir d'un entretien Skype pour BDO Luxembourg. Ne pouvant me déplacer ils m'ont proposé un entretien skype
Entretien de 2h : 1 h avec un RH et 1 h avec un opérateur.
1 semaine après, ils m'ont recontacté afin de donner les feedbacks de l'entretien et la réponse.
Différentes possibilités : bon entretien et leur réponse est positive // bon entretien mais des doutes => dernier entretien à Luxembourg afin de confirmer ou non une réponse positive // réponse négative

Background part question is common and easy to answer such as why company and why job. The interviewers are kind and nice. They also introduce the company culture and their own experience to you. The whole experience is great.
Pretty nice, friendly people and mostly behavior questions not very challenging. Pay is average audit salary. Good to learn a bit more about the company. Feel like mostly introvert professionals in the team

Il colloquio è suddiviso in 3 steps: 1)colloquio di gruppo dove si svolge un caso studio; 2) colloquio conoscitivo con l'HR dove vengono fatte alcune domande di inglese ma molto basilari; 3) colloquio tecnico con manager dove mi aveva chiesto di svolgere degli esercizi di partita doppia, nozioni in generale su economia aziendale (ad esempio, avviamento ecc)
