I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BDO (Oshawa, ON) in May 2017
Interview
Telephone pre-screening than actual interview with the HR Generalist (the person the position would be reporting to). The interview was a one to one interview with very specific and general questions as it would apply to the position and the skill level required to do the job. Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook were key computer skills. Knowledge of HR process were an asset.

Question 1
Highlight the specific skills you have that is best suited for this position.
There were 3 rounds of interviews and a case study. Questions were very technical rather than about my experience. It wasn't clear what the interviewer was looking for. Interviews were also really long probably about an hour. I was given very helpful feedback though throughout the process.

Question 1
What do you believe is more important - planning or execution?
The interviewers were relatively unprofessional as they asked many personal questions that were not relevant to the role. Additionally, the role I applied for was not what I got interviewed for.
