Interview
You first complete an online application where you attach your CV and answer two questions about why you would like to work for the firm and that specific area. You also have to include work and education experiences. If your application was satisfactory, you will receive invites to 3 psychometric tests. Then if your results to those were of good standard - you are invited to an online interview consisting of around 9 questions. If this is successful you will be invited to an assessment centre day.
NOTE - Interns do NOT get an interview - just group assessment and presentation.

The standard online tests were taken and I progressed to the video interview.
It was a pre recorded one with some rather weird questions that did not see at all competence based as they indicated in the email.

Online Application. Online tests. Face-to-face interview. Assessment centre which did also include a presentation on a business to a manager. You also have to choose which division you want to be a part of. You might not be given a huge selection depending on when you submit your application.
