HR recruiter called for a phone interview - typical questions. Then a week later, she called to let me know I advanced to the second round of interviews. When I went in, I met with the HR manager and accounting manager who also asked typical interview questions based on my resume. After the interview was over, they gave me an accounting test (around 10 questions) to see the level I was at. The test consisted of calculation questions (i.e. doing a bank reconciliation, journal entries, related party transactions, etc) with no time limit.
