Interview
Fill out application then you get an invite to some online tests, if you pass the online tests you then get invited to the first interview, once you are past the first interview the final stage is an assessment day where you have to do a group task, presentation, written test and a final interview. If all sections are passed you get a job offer the next day.
The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
