Introduction first thing in the morning, followed by group discussion for a case study, paper based E-tray test, self-prepared presentation to a line manager, followed by the final partner interview

What do you want to work for BDO? Why Audit? Examples to demonstrate personal qualities. Personal related questions.
The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
