Interview
1.I called the offices, using the numbers in the website
2. I asked to speak to anybody regarding the training contract there
3. I told the HR person that I am interest in doing training contract there
4. She asked for my resume and I emailed it.
5. I received a call the next day and she asked when I can come for intervirew
6. We had the interview on the following day.
7. Interview was relaxed and well.
8 I recieved an offer.

They go through your resumes and ask accordingly

The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.
The interview process at BDO typically includes an online application, assessment tests, one or more interviews (often behavioral and technical), and may involve case studies or situational exercises to evaluate problem-solving skills.
It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
