Interview
I had a screening call and two face-to-face interviews and afterwards, they ghosted me. I never got a proper rejection and wish I got feedback. I was asked a lot of personality questions and some of them were questions that they mentioned "they used for the first time". In the end, I connected with the hiring manager and finally found out that they wanted to interview more people, so I took it as being rejected. I would understand not providing feedback to everybody but I don't think candidates that were able to make it to a second stage should be ghosted as they could be a great potential prospect later on.
