The application process begins with a standard online application form with some free text entries about the company's the qualification you will study for, and your greatest achievement. If you pass this round, you sit a numerical and then a logical reasoning test, successful completion of which leads to the first interview. Passing the first interview will then see you attend an assessment centre, which consists of a written exercise, a group exercise, a presentation and a final interview.
