The application process included online tests, which were numerical, critical and SJT, video interview and Assessment centre. The video interview was strength based. It’s strange to say but you need to research yourself to be comfortable and confident during the interview. The assessment centre included a group discussion, an individual presentation of what had been discussed wishing the group, written exercise (email response) and an interview with a Partner. I got a call two days after the assessment centre for feedback.
