BDO Senior Data Analyst interview questions

Applied through recruitment agency who sent in my CV. This was followed by a face to face interview with BDO, two of the team interviewed me, one asked questions one took notes. Didn't hear back til 3 weeks later, they said I interviewed well but they wanted someone more experienced.
