Following the final interview i did not hear back from BDO for almost 2 weeks at that point HR still did not clarify if I had been successful or not. They said they were still interviewing.Fast forward another two weeks HR emailed and asked when i could speak i responded but they did not acknowledge my email.I did attempt to make contact but at this point knew it was a waste of time.Whist i appreciate comparing candidates can take time i would expect a professional services firm to be able to do so professionally and with consideration and clearly communicate timelines to the candidates. I asked to be removed from the recruitment process as it highlighted that BDO would not be a work environment i would like.

Experienced Hire Interview - Had a quick telephone interview with HR and a face to face interview with the partner. The process is not difficult. HR is very helpful.

Interview
Interviews with local partners and then senior regional partner if available. Everyone appeared very unprepared with one interviewer appearing to almost fall asleep. Turns out the poor interview process should have been a red flag not to accept the job.
