BDO Software Engineer interview questions

3 individuals conducted interview. First two were part of HR, last was the software team leader. Spoke to each person individually. Before the interview, I was asked to submit some code that I had created, with a minimum of 500 lines. The code that was submitted was reviewed during the final stage of the interview with the software team lead.

A phone interview at first with HR talking about personality and future goals. Then an onsite meeting with the hiring manager and head of human resources.They ask you about future goals and if you can commute and work schedule. Also they mentioned that their Project Managers typically have strong technical skills, over social skills because having technical knowledge is much better for the developers that are working on their project. I liked that because there are so many other times a PM does not know how to manage other than telling you what is requested by the client in a project, providing little help to the development team that may need assistance with technical skills.
