BDO Tax Associate interview questions

The whole process took me about a month. Applied in February, received phone call for invitation of interview in March. Got offer in 2 working days after the interview. There’s a short essay need to be done before the interview to assess writing skill. Interview took me about hour and a half. Mostly asking about internship experience.

Met with firm at school in career expo, then applied online. Within one week, I interviewed on campus with a partner which went well. Then after one week, I was invited back for second interview in office for the day. The day started with lunch with mostly different staff and seniors, and then went back to office for three 30 minute interviews back to back. They were with a senior, manager, and director. After that day, received call back about offer three weeks later and accepted.
