Three human resources workers asked me questions via phone. Not the best service connection via phone with the recruiters because I was in America during that the interview. Interview was easy and asked typical questions

- Vorstellung der Anwesenden (einmal rundum jeder: Funktion und persönliches)
- Vorstellung der Abteilung und des Arbeitsbereich (wie viele MA in der Abteilung; Wer beschäftigt sich womit; Welche Themen müssen bekannt sein)
- Vorstellung mein Werdegang (Studium, Abschlussarbeiten inhaltl., Praktika speziell die bei BMW)

Interview
Interview was conducted over Google Hangouts as a video call. It was fairly straightforward with standard behavioral interview questions. Be prepared to discuss how you can solve problems, and what particular value you will bring to BMW.
