I have received a phone call from 3 departments after an initiative application. Then I took 2 of these 3 calls and got accepted to both positions. I decided to chose one.

Why do you want to work for BMW? What is the future of mobility?
Was not that difficult. They asked simple behavioral questions like how would you handle diff situations. And asked few questions about my experience. Interviewers were friendly and passionate to share more about areas of improvement if asked
