there's a first screening at the German job fair with the HR. And the second interview was held at the VP's office with the VP and the HR. They are very respectful and we talked for 20 min. They stressed the point that they are looking for someone who's ready to commit 3 years for this role.

I appreciated the clear expectations and friendly yet structured atmosphere. The timeline was well communicated, and follow-up was timely, which made the experience feel respectful and engaging. Overall, a positive and insightful process.
Fairly straightforward. Offer support throughout and interviewers learn about you as a person. New and used car sales was an area that I was not used to but they accommodated for that
