BMW Group Project Manager interview questions

During the BMW interview process, candidates undergo initial screening via online application. Shortlisted applicants engage in panel interviews, technical assessments, and cultural fit evaluations, culminating in a final HR discussion.

Easy process. Generic questions with some leading questions also thrown in. Overall easy and nice experience. HR seem easy to speak to and understand the process. Hiring managers didn’t seem to know what the process entailed and were unknowledgeable.
