BNP Paribas Intern interview questions

I applied online for a summer internship. The process took 3-4 weeks. First step: CV and cover lettr screening Second: numerical and logical tests (SHL) Third: phone interview with HR (motivations, background, experience & languages test) Fourth: interview with head of department (nothing technical, just a simple discussion about motivations, expectations, background, etc..)

The interview was very unstructured and the Interviewer is not very clear with what the job description is. Aside from that, he even called me at eleven pm to find out about my expected salary. That is very unprofessional.
