Straightforward assessment process with 3 rounds: 1st round competencies based, 2nd and 3rd round focusing on project management skills and techniques and financial knowledge. Questions around different types of approach in starting a projects, any problems arised from not getting infor from stakeholders, how to manage people's expectation and resolve conflicts in order to achieve project objectives.

Provas online de vários conhecimentos inclusive pacote office, entrevista com RH e entrevista com 2 gestores. Gestores simpáticos e muito exigentes. Todo o processo foi realizado em inglês. O próprio gestor ligou para dar o feedback final.

Estimativas matemáticas sem utilização de calculadora.
It was with recruiter first. Second round was with hiring manager. Questions were not hard for the job level. But I think they want junior managers for the role. After the second round hr got silient.
Comprised of a written logical test and english skills revision.
After that, several interviews with different stakeholders (mostly colleagues from the department) to ensure candidate skillset and cultural fit. Whole process was very fast, efficient and quite transparent.
