I applied online. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Zürich)
Interview
I applied online via the bank's website and got a call from HR about a week later asking for an in-person interview. I had three interviews, each around 45 minutes in length. The first two were with more senior members of the team that I would be joining and the third was with HR. Everyone was super friendly and very easy to talk to, which really helped make the interview feel more like a conversation rather than a series of questions. Everything they asked me was completely fair, no strange/unexpected questions. HR called me the following day with an offer.
The HR interview took 45 minutes where I had to talk about my CV and experiences. They asked a lot about department preference, so it's important to be really into the company's structure and each function.

Interview
After the interview with HR, I immediatly got a manager interview scheduled. It was around 45 minutes in Microsoft Teams. It had three people, the people responsibile for each area of the graduate program. Each would ask me questions.
