Initial screening over phone then multiple rounds of interview by hiring mangers. Interview conducted at their Jersey city and New York office. First interview specific to technologies worked on and Second interview was more generic.

Very technical, great detail and less competency focus. Overall positivity experience but could be more structured in content. Perhaps is role specific for technology teams. Knowledge of tech stack is focused upon full stack understanding is tested.

3 phase interview. The overall interview process went really well and I loved the team and everyone interviewed with.
The recruiter was ver responsive and addressed all the questions I had.
I however could not shake off the feeling of being lowballed. Offer was increased immediately hence confirming my suspicion however the damage was already done.
