After online applications was invited to an assessment centre for global markets. There were 20 people in total and we started with a group exercise which was an ice-breaker. We then had a maths test (no caulculator), in future I would advise candidates to know some corporate finance formulas and be prepared for the test generally. We then had a case study, where we had a group presentation. Difficult to stand out.

It was friendly, a day for the assessment. Two sections. First we had a quick task, then a group task and we present our solutions. Then you’d get a mail if you passed that stage to a final round interview (one on one) that same day. Then final interview was okay. Behavioural question and one technical question
