3 Rounds. Hiring Manager, HR Manager, Hiring Team. It involves a meeting at the physical office and the hiring team. Generally fit question and behavioural sort of assessments to gauge your suitability for the role.

Question 1
Why Sales? What are you motivation to be in sales within the asset management industry?
The first round is around 15min, two interviewers asked me to do self-intro first, followed by some tech questions and beha questions. The second round is onsite, I had the back to back interviews with 2 sales, ED and VP respectively. The questions were mainly focused on beha.
Questions personnelles assez basiques puis un switch en anglais prévisible. Question technique dans un second temps et cas d'étude à la fin avant de parler plus en détail sur mes motivations et mon expérience. Recruteur pertinent et attentif qui n'a pas essayé de déstabiliser.
3 tours avec des sales Question techniques et fit, connaissances en produits structurés requises, connaître l'environnement financier et les marchés suivre l'actualité. Se justifier de pourquoi on veut le stage
