Interview
Human Resources and a person in Trading Interviewed me. I was interviewed at my Career Center. Cracked a few jokes with Human Resources, she didn't seem to find them funny be careful... they were pretty universal jokes.
Multiple rounds speaking to different departments. Easy to land the job because they’re desperate to get people. You’ll want to leave after you realize what they’re all about. Terrible company to work for

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview style was much more laid back than that of other banks. The interviewer started off by asking the standard STAR questions. He then moved on and asked me about my leadership experiences. The interviewer was very personable and didn't make me feel intimidated at all during the interview. Overall good experience.
