I applied online. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Brüssel)
Interview
it was fluent, got two interviews, the first was introductory, talked about ourselves, my ambitions, got some questions about my other applications, the second was with two data scientists, asked me about my projects, some quick tech general questions, they were nice in general.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Lissabon, Lissabon)
Interview
I applied for the position online and about a month later, I received an email asking me to complete a pre-interview assessment. I chose to decline. If I had known about this requirement earlier, I likely wouldn’t have applied—not because I feel above the process, but because in my experience, these assessments often don’t reflect the actual role and aren't the best way to gauge fit. It would have been much more helpful if HR had provided more details about the interview process upfront, rather than suddenly sending the assessment without any explanation. While they did respond after I requested clarification, the overall experience left a very negative impression.
