BNP Paribas interview questions

Was approached by recruiter for the opportunity and had my first in person interview with the immediate manager which was very conversational. Got feedback shortly after and had my second in person interview with two of the team members which again was mostly behavioral. Received positive feedback and was told they were still finalising what next steps would be. Fast forward 6 weeks I am told there is another interview which is virtual with someone abroad. The interviewer said in the introduction that she didn’t know why she is doing the interview and did not sound like she was engaged in the process at all. Didn’t hear back for a while and after several times of following up with them I am told they chose someone else with more experience but no concrete feedback or insight in to the very long interview process
