Good interview and scenario based questions were tricky. Could not clear the interview but it was a very interesting experience. Hopefully it will help in preparing for such questions for future interviews

I applied online through the bank's career website, then was contacted by the team to do an interview online on Teams. Two members of the team attended the interview, one was the manager.

Question 1

The interview was pretty straight forward, first they asked about my past experiences and projects that involved Python as they were interested in someone that is very familiar with the language. Then they asked me questions about the factors that influence change in interest rates, and if i were familiar with the derivatives used to hedge it.

If you passed the resume screening, you were interviewed over the phone by one to two members of the team. Most of the question focused on soft skills and personality questions. After that I was invited to a super day (which also had a heavy soft skill focus with 1-2 technical questions).
