BNP Paribas interview questions

The first step (phone interview with a recruiting agency) was pretty general and easy. One week later, they contacted me for a video call with the direct manager. They rescheduled my interview three times. First time it was cancelled 5 minutes prior to starting; Second and third time the manager didn't show up. A total lack of commitment and professional values. A waste of my time.
