I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Mailand) in Jan 2019
Interview
Two interviews, first assessment center, classic procedure: two case studies to solve in team and an interview vis a vis with the hr. Second interview with the head of operations, he asked me only motivational questions and about my experience and ideas. He always wanted me to explain the reasons behind. Did not get the job because I was not confident enough in the answers.

Question 1
Good at team working? Can I rely on you? Where do you see yourself in five years?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (New York, NY)
Interview
First round involved a hackerrank test (which included a strict warning that if I don't attempt it I can be blocked for an entire year). The test was good and easy to crack.
Second round was technical. This was a good experience as the interviewer grilled me on questions ranging from java, spring, hibernate, angular, JavaScript. It was a delightful experience.
Third round was F2F at their office. This was by far the most unprofessional and confused company I have gone for an interview. They called me down for an interview, only for the interviewer to be out of office in another location. They took an hour to set up the video conference room. Post that the interview began. The interview was a good process, where some I could answer and some I couldn't. The problem started post that. The assistant of the interviewer told my feedback was good. The HR called up and was CONFUSED about my feedback and asked me to stay back. After staying back for 20 mins, he called up to ask if I could stay back another hour to schedule an interview with another team. I rejected as I had to go to office. Expecting his call later in the week, the next day I get a rejection mail. Why was the feedback received as positive when they were unhappy?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Paris) in Aug 2015
Interview
Entretien RH local puis entretien opérationnel et enfin entretien RH groupe. Proposition de poste avec salaire (difficilement négociable, grilles en fonction des écoles et expérience). Entretiens afin de connaître l'appétence commerciale du candidat.
