Contacté pour participer à une soirée recrutement, j'ai pu continuer le processus de recrutement suite à deux entretiens rapides de 20min chacun. Retour rapide par mail le lendemain. Puis, j'ai passé un entretien très constructif la semaine suivante avec un manager opérationnel. Simple retour par mail du RH qui ne souhaitait pas continuer le processus de recrutement. Point positif : Processus rapide Points négatifs : Aucun contact oral avec les RH. Aucun retour constructif sur les 3 entretiens. De plus, mail de refus ne correspondant absolument pas à mon parcours de recrutement.

Applied through debut - interview and assessment day the next week. Interviewer was extremely rude to me, kept rolling her eyes at me. One question she asked was tell me a weakness and a strength. Proceeded to tell her in that order, she interrupted me and said "why on earth would you tell me a weakness first?!" which threw me off the interview. Felt like she was judging me the whole time, and at the end told me the layout of my CV was awful and that no one would ever want to read it.

Interviewer is only concerned about showing how smart he is. No respect for candidate's views. Request to company stop having narcissist people take interviews. They are only concerned about showing how good they are. At least make the candidate feel comfortable when he has come to attend the interview from a long distance.
