2nd and 3rd rounds were meetings with operationnals. Questions were basic questions on finance even if some were tricky (3rd meetings, the employee asks many questions related to brainteasers). In general, people were nice and respectful. Got the answer two weeks after the first meeting. Last round was a meeting with HR (just basic questions on BNP Paribas, not really selective, no opportunity at this level to negotiate your contracts (I was intern))
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Mumbai) in Jan 2017
Interview
Not so great, it took my entire day, there was a huge gap between two rounds.
The guys who were taking interview were not sure what they are looking for, they showed no real confidence in candidate's profile.

Personal life
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (New York, NY) in Mar 2013
Interview
Interviewed about 3 times with vp director and md. They were all expats. Questions were basic. Accents were a bit challenging at first if you haven't been around French people trying to speak English. Took 1 month to get also for hiring.
